Notes:
- Players participating in the Red Shell Circuit will receive half the value of the points you would receive in Blue Shell category.
- Players eliminated first round will be awarded a participation ranking of 300 points.
- If a player wins by a "bye" or by "default", he/she will be awarded the points for that round. However, if a player receives a "bye" or "default" in the first round and loses in the following round, they will only be awarded a participation ranking of 300 points.
Team Points:
Each player may represent a team, specified during their tournament entry, and earn ranking points for their team. Please refer to the team ranking section for information and rules on forming teams.
Tournament Seeding:
Tournament seeding will follow the ranking result of each individual event. It will be based on the accumulated total of points a player has earned in all the tournaments. Badmintology Vancouver reserves the right to alter the seeding if an unranked entry significantly alters the fair play of the draw.
